Upcoming events
Upcoming projects will include new pieces for the San Francisco Choral Artists.
I am very grateful that in the past few seasons I have worked with such ensembles as the Helsinki Chamber Choir, the NeoQuartet, the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, the Estonian Collegium Musicale Choir, the U-S.-based Garth Newel Piano Quartet, the Hungarian Radio Orchestra and Choir, the Saint Ephrem Male Choir, the Kodály Choir, the Danubia Orchestra Óbuda, the Dohnányi Orchestra Budafok and the Budapest String Orchestra among others.

Commissioned by the Budapest String Orchestra, my new piano concerto will be programmed together with Mozart’s Piano Concerto in F major, K 413. Is it possible to compare a concerto written these days and a classical one? I was exploring this question in my piece.

The second performance of my piece, Blue at the Concertgebouw. There is a single motif at the core of the piece that can be regarded as a story of this musical idea. Using gradually changing orchestral colours, the motif progresses through different characterisations.
